Our puppy socialisation program
Our Promise
At the heart of our puppy yoga sessions are the little four-legged stars themselves — the puppies. Their wellbeing isn’t just important to us; it’s the foundation of everything we do.
We believe that every puppy deserves to feel safe, loved and free to explore the world at their own pace. That’s why we’ve built our experiences around them — not the other way around. Whether they're snuggling beside you during a stretch or playfully tumbling through the room, their comfort, health and happiness come first, always.
to the Puppies
Each pup in our sessions is here for gentle socialisation, supported by trained handlers and surrounded by kind, respectful humans. On the occasion we do work with breeders, they are vetted, ensuring, ethical practices who also share our values. From regular breaks to cozy rest areas, we ensure they have everything they need to feel calm, curious and completely at ease.
When you join us, you’re helping build a positive, nurturing environment for puppies during a crucial stage of their development.
Because puppy love is a two-way street.

Licensed dog breeders
We’re incredibly fortunate to provide the puppies that attend our classes. The team behind of Puppy Yoga Melbourne is also the licensed domestic breeder behind Homestead Puppies, where we’ve been breeding genetically healthy, first-generation Toy Cavoodles, Moodles, Spoodles and Poochons for over a decade. Our passion is to breed puppies with exceptional temperaments, and we’ve always prioritised their well-being and early socialisation.
To align with our puppies’ growth and age, we run classes that fit their developmental stages. However, to keep our sessions fresh and exciting, we also collaborate with other like-minded, licensed breeders of different dog breeds. This allows us to introduce a variety of beautiful breeds into our classes, providing a diverse and enriching experience for both our participants and the puppies.
Shifting the focus: Fostering a stronger start
We believe that taking on the responsibility of owning a dog is a big decision. We know that from the time commitment, financial responsibility and lifestyle change – it is so important to thoughtfully consider when is the right time. That’s why our events are designed to help puppies, who already have families waiting to welcome them home, with important socialisation.
Contrary to existing businesses in the industry, our events are not selling based. Through gentle handling and exposure to new people and activities, our events aim to help puppies build confidence and prepare them into adulthood. Our experiences are a win/win: the pups gain confidence and humans get a lasting endorphin boost from all the puppy love.
Though our puppies are fortunate to go home to their forever families, we know not all doggies are so lucky. That’s why with every ticket sold, a percentage of profits are donated to the RSPCA.
